The room was nice. i spent hours watching the river from the window sofa. the location is fantastic. The town center, shops, and markets are all nearby. victor, the concierge, helped me book a restaurant reservation. i loved that.

the elevators seemed old and didn't work properly. otherwise, i had no complaints.

The bathroom looked outdated for a hotel in this category. I found the water pressure was low during showers. Water temperature fluctuated a lot, it was not stable.

complimentary items relaxing pool friendly staff

The mini bar items were complimentary (a nice perk!). I especially liked the pool, as it was lovely and very relaxing. The staff members were helpful and friendly . I was also greeted with a glass of Prosecco before checking in, really welcome.

I noticed the carpets in the room were not vacuumed during my four-night stay. This detail detracts from the overall cleanliness of a supposed 5-star hotel.

excellent location warm welcome relaxing facilities

The location was excellent near the river. Staff at reception were helpful offering a warm welcome. The wellness center included a pool sauna and steam room. I found these facilities very relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The hotel corridors seemed outdated. Carpets had visible stains requiring a thorough steam clean. I think the hotel should prioritize updating these areas for a fresher feel.

the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. it offered a relaxing atmosphere and a lovely river view. the swimming pool was heated. it was designed for both relaxation and exercise.

i arrived early but was charged extra for early check-in. i found that unacceptable, since it should have included the full service of a normal stay. one of the fresh towels had blood stains on it.
