excellent hotel experience

spacious roomheated poolblood stain
the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. it offered a relaxing atmosphere and a lovely river view. the swimming pool was heated. it was designed for both relaxation and exercise.
i arrived early but was charged extra for early check-in. i found that unacceptable, since it should have included the full service of a normal stay. one of the fresh towels had blood stains on it.
